Coupon codes must be entered at check-out to qualify, and must be entered after all items have been added to the cart. At this time, only one code may be applied per purchase. Promotional codes cannot be applied to orders outside of the promotional period.


To inquire about a custom order, please fill out the custom order form here. We will contact you shortly to begin the process. Depending on the complexity of the order, and current work load, we cannot guarantee a processing time here in this notice. Please contact us for an accurate timeline.


We accept payment by checking account, credit card, or PayPal. Please note that we charge for all items at point of sale rather than at the time of shipping. Orders will not be processed until payment has cleared.


Credit card authorization and verification must be obtained before shipping. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reuse packaging materials as much as possible, in order to reduce waste and additional costs. Therefore, you order may arrive looking like it came from Amazon!

Lost Upon A Time primarily uses FedEx. If this isn’t an option for you, please indicate this in the comments box during checkout, and your order will be shipped via USPS. This may result in additional shipping charges. You will be notified before shipment if this is the case.

LOST/DAMAGED BY CARRIER SERVICE: We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international), please contact us via our contact page so we can file a claim.

RETURNED PACKAGE: If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and buyer will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.

REFUSED/UNCLAIMED PACKAGE: If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded unless the package returns to Lost Upon A Time. If the package does return, a refund will be applied for the cost of the items only.


Though each product is carefully inspected before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. Therefore, it is important to open and inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Please notify us via our contact page within 14 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. Changes outside of this time frame will be handled on a case by case basis.


CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS:  We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once it has begun processing we are no longer able to cancel your order. We will not cancel custom orders once we have begun processing them. We will gladly accept returned, undamaged items for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Returns are accepted within 14 business days of their arrival to you.
ORDER CHANGES: There is a small window of opportunity to make changes to an order. We cannot guarantee your request. Please carefully review your order before submitting it.


Lost Upon A Time does not share personal information with third parties nor store any information about your visit to Lost Upon A Time other than to analyze and optimize your content and reading experience through the use of cookies.

Lost Upon A Time is not responsible for republished content from this blog on other blogs or websites without our permission.
